In his current professional experience, Francesco is involved in innovation, corporate matters, and transactions with investment funds, as well as civil litigation. In the summer of 2023, Francesco completed an internship at Troutman Pepper in Berwyn, Pennsylvania (USA), gaining exposure to legal English and the U.S. legal system. Between March and April 2025, he took part in the “Mare Aperto” exercise organized by the Marina Militare Italiana, held aboard the aircraft carrier Nave Cavour. As a Legal Advisor, he provided legal support on international law matters in a simulated scenario, presenting analyses and proposals in power point in English to the Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Fleet and to admirals of the highest rank.

Francesco graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli on November 17, 2025, with a final grade of 107/110, specializing in Law and Economics of Enterprises. His thesis in civil procedure was titled “Disclosure and Challenge of Arbitrators: From the Protection of Impartiality to the Applications of the Reform.” His specialization allowed me to develop a strong background in commercial and corporate law, both at national and European level, with a particular focus on corporate governance, antitrust, and M&A transactions. During his studies, he spent a semester in Vienna at Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he attended courses in international commercial arbitration, corporate law, and business law. He is currently attending a postgraduate Master’s program in Fashion Law at LUISS Guido Carli, focusing on M&A transactions, intellectual property, and antitrust in the fashion and luxury sectors.
